Welcome to Chautauqua Lake Central School!
Families moving into the Chautauqua Lake Central School District who wish to register children are asked to call the district registrar, (716) 753-5910, as soon as possible so that the district can secure records from the child’s previous school before the registration appointment. Registration dates for the 2012-13 school year will be on August 21-24, 27 &-28. Appointments will be between 8:30 AM and 3 PM.
Registration for 2012-13 Pre-Kindergarten classes:
Pre-K classes are full, but a waiting list is being taken.
Parents of children who will be four years old by Sept. 1, 2012, and who wish to add them to the waiting list for the 2012-13 school year, call the Elementary Office, (716) 753-5841.
Pre-K students must be:
- Four years old by Sept. 1, 2012
- Immunized
- District Residents
(Tuition students may attend if space permits)
Pre-K registrations were accepted on May 7-18, 2012.
Registration for 2012-13 Kindergarten classes:
Parents who wish to register children for Kindergarten for the 2012-13 school year may call the Elementary Office, (716) 753-5841. Registration was held on Fri. June 1.

These items are also required to register your child:
- Copy of the child's birth certificate
- Copy of immunization records
- Proof of residency (could be a utility bill, a letter from your landlord, etc.)
- Copy of custody papers, if applicable
- Academic records (child's most recent report card, transcript, I.E.P./Special Education records; if you have these now, please send them; otherwise, list these items on the Request for Student Records)

Tuition students are welcome if space remains. Tuition for out-of-district students changes annually. For the 2012-13 school year, tuition rates are:
- Pre-K $1,200
- K-6 $6,000
- 7-12 $9,500
