Every Friday, I send home a take home folder with your child. In it will be any important papers from the elementary office, and papers the children have completed throughout the week. Please be sure you check your child's backpack during the week.
During the month of September we learn about ourselves and our families.
During the month of October, we learn about the harvest and other fall activities. We will have a fall festival party at the end of October, in place of a Halloween party.
In November we concentrate on Thanksgiving and family.
December is a time for learning about Christmas around the world.
In January we learn about Arctic animals, winter and bears.
February is when we talk about Groundhog's Day and Dental Health and Nutrition.
March is Nursery Rhyme and Fairy Tale month.
April is a time to celebrate spring and in May we study the farm.
